It is important to update your property information after the quick set-up. Your first update will enable you to enter the property address, unlock property valuations, sales data, and loan reviews.

The equity in your property is what is left in your pocket after you have repaid your mortgage. Your mortgage-free date is the estimated date that you will have paid off your mortgage based on your mortgage interest rate and monthly repayments.
