As you will be receiving general advice only you will not be given a Statement of Advice (SoA) or a Record of Advice (documents recording recommendations made in regard to personal advice given). For any general advice that relates to a product, it is recommended that you read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). A PDS contains information about the significant features, risks, benefits, terms and conditions, and the fees and costs of the product, investment or policy, assisting you to make informed decisions about the financial product.

We pride ourselves in providing our members with accurate financial data. We may also provide general financial advice through our website, platform, marketing material or other communications.

The services we are authorised to provide
Roll-it is an Authorised Representative No. 1273703 of MSC Advisory Pty Ltd (AFSL: 480649) and we are authorised to provide general financial product advice to retail and wholesale clients in relation to the following classes of financial products:
deposit and payment products;
interests in managed investment schemes;
life products limited to investment life insurance products as well as any products issued by a Registered Life Insurance Company that is backed by one or more of its statutory funds;
Rollit is limited in the providing of general financial product advice to the content from our website and platform accessed from the following URL address – hey.coach and rollitwealth.com (online or otherwise) or related content. In providing these services, Rollit and MSCA act on their own behalf and neither Rollit nor MSCA are providing these services as your agent or broker.

How we use your personal data
Fees and what it will cost
Factual information and general advice do not incur a direct fee. The cost of this service is included in the subscription fees you or your employer pays to access our Services. We do not accept commissions, discounts for products or services rendered, or any other type of third-party incentive or compensation for general financial advice. We may receive a referral fee should you engage a partner, such as a mortgage broker or investment manager accessed through the service we provide.
As an authorised representative, Roll-it Super Pty Ltd pays MSCA a fixed annual fee. MSCA does not receive any commissions or incentives from third-party product providers.
How can you deal with us?
You can subscribe to our service as an employer or an individual customer. If you cannot access our website, you can contact us via email (see "How to contact us" below).
How are our staff remunerated?
Rollit employees are remunerated by way of a base salary and potential bonuses. Potential bonuses are based on the achievement of a range of performance targets focused on the quality of member servicing. No staff bonuses directly relate to general financial advice.
Relationships with other institutions and potential influences
Our general financial services are provided by Rollit. Rollit or its representatives may receive benefits from other institutions, but the benefits are not related to general advisory services.
What should you do if you have a complaint?
Rollit takes complaints seriously, and we are committed to trying to resolve them as quickly as possible. If you have a complaint about the general advice services provided by Rollit, as described in this FSG, you can contact Rollit. We will acknowledge, consider, and deal with your complaint as soon as possible. Additionally, you may contact MSCA.

What compensation arrangements are in place?
Rollit is required to operate an arrangement to compensate clients and consumers. To this end, we have a professional indemnity insurance policy in place covering claims relating to current and former employee representatives for services provided on behalf of us.
This satisfies the requirements under section 912B of the Corporations Act. Rollit is not responsible for any services or advice provided by participating employers, their employees, services provided through Partner arrangements with Rollit or any other third party.
